Procurement Rules
Purchasing Rules and Data Protection
- Ordering and fulfilment: By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read these terms and conditions and undertake to comply with them. The order will only be processed once payment has been received via secure electronic payment methods.
- Delivery times: Some goods are not held in the seller’s warehouse and are ordered from the supplier. The delivery time for such goods is usually around 2 weeks from receipt of payment. The seller shall not be liable for any delays caused by the supplier, courier services or other circumstances beyond its control. If the buyer’s shopping cart contains items with different delivery times (e.g., some items are in stock and others are back-ordered), the entire order will be consolidated and shipped as a single delivery based on the longest specified delivery time.
- Stock shortages and pricing errors: If, after an order has been placed, it transpires that the item is no longer in stock, the customer will be refunded or offered an alternative item. The seller reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund if, due to a technical or human error, a clearly incorrect price was displayed for the item.
- Right to return goods: The buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract and return a product in good condition within 14 days of receipt, in its original, undamaged packaging, bearing the cost of return postage.
- Non-returnable goods: Due to hygiene and health and safety requirements, pet cosmetics and care products that have been opened, used or have damaged packaging are non-returnable.
- Product quality and liability: Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual appearance. The buyer must read the instructions before use. The seller shall not be liable for any damage resulting from the improper professional or personal use of the product or from failure to follow the manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Receipt of goods: When collecting goods from a courier or a parcel locker, the buyer must check the condition of the packaging. If any damage or spillage is noticed, the defects must be documented immediately (by taking photographs) and reported to the seller. Claims regarding transport damage submitted at a later date will not be accepted.
- Data protection (GDPR) and disputes: To process orders, we collect your name, address, telephone number and email address – these are only passed on to payment providers and courier services. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or in accordance with the procedures laid down by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania; the buyer may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority.
