Wampum was born out of a genuine need and a love for animals. The brand was created by Dr Heidi Rolfes, a scientist who, whilst breeding and grooming show dogs, was looking for cosmetics that would help achieve a flawless coat and make daily care easier. Over many years, she refined each formula to ensure the products were effective, gentle on the skin and suitable even for animals with sensitive skin. Today, Wampum is the gold standard in dog grooming for many professionals, yet the brand itself conveys this in a very simple way – through quality, experience and tangible results. The name Wampum symbolises value, connection and history – and this is precisely what the brand embodies.

My name is Giedrė. I’m a breeder of long-haired dogs, so I know full well how much time, knowledge and love it takes to keep a coat healthy, beautiful and well-groomed.

Over the years, I’d often be asked the same question by the owners of my puppies: ‘What grooming products would you recommend?’

I wanted to recommend only what I had complete confidence in, so I didn’t rush into making a suggestion. I tried out countless different products, compared their ingredients and results, and searched for grooming products that would meet my own high standards.

When I discovered Wampum, I realised that this was exactly the quality I’d been looking for – not just for my own dogs, but also for the people who place their trust in me.

Today, I’m delighted to be able to introduce Wampum to the Baltic states. My aim is to make professional, carefully formulated coat care products easily accessible to anyone who wants the best care for their pet at a fair and affordable price.
